On October 17-18, 2019, Head of the NGO «Center for Regional Cooperation «Dialogue» participated in the international scientific conference «From Intermarium to Three Seas Initiative. Integration and Collective Security Conceptions in Central and Eastern Europe in the 20th and 21st Centuries» held at the College of Business and Entrepreneurship in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski (Poland). In addition to his keynote speech «Projects of the Baltic Sea – Black Sea Canals of the Interwar Period», a presentation on the organization was given within the conference.
